A New Jersey nun is accused of sexually abusing a first-grade student at a Catholic school more than 50 years ago, according to a new lawsuit.

The victim, now 62, alleges Sister Mary Nazareen molested her as a child in a suit filed in Monmouth County Superior Court against Rumson’s Holy Cross School.

“Sister Mary Nazareen used her position as a teacher to gain the confidence and trust of plaintiff,” the Dec. 13 suit said. “Nazareen exploited her position as teacher and coerced and/or forced plaintiff to engage in improper sexual contact.”

The woman, whose name is being withheld by The Post, names Holy Cross School, Holy Cross Parish, former school administrators and the Diocese of Trenton in the suit, which is seeking unspecified damages for “severe emotional distress and physical injury.”

She claims school officials were notified of her molestation allegations, but didn’t take any steps to remove the nun from her position or alert local law enforcement.

The Diocese of Trenton said it recently learned of the allegations and reported them to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, NJ.com reported.

The outlet was unable to locate Nazareen for comment.

Good time to take action, when everyone your accusing is no longer even alive to testify, if all goes well they simply just take your side with no arguments and pay out for a comfy retirement right?

In forensics they are showing the human brain is terrible in all reality when it comes to remembering specific details, so if this did in fact happen we will never really know the true extent, as large bits and pieces were forgotten and filled in with sub or exaggerated truths to the point their brain no longer knows explicitly what just happened anymore, but rather a scenario they have been rehashing over and over while it slowly but surely changes with time.

I hate to say it but this just sounds like 65 is approaching rather quickly, and the 401k is going to fall a tad bit short, so plan B.

Sadly, I have a photographic memory and with the horror I experienced as a child, the lawyers were amazed and overwhelmed with the details as I told my tale of terror.

It's a catholic church molestation case

Benefit of the doubt goes to the victim, and most definitely NEVER to the church. The Catholic church should ALWAYS be sided against.
