THAT's what it is! I was just getting ready to look it up. I have a nephew in-law born with TC and V.A.T.E.R. syndrome, but his is severe. Endless surgeries. In that case, he actually looks good. And, now that you mention it, I see the telltale cranial scars on the right side of his head above and behind his ear. I wondered about the thicker neck and diminished mouth/chin, but thought maybe he was a gym junkie. Thanks for the info!
