Three pieces of shit have been arrested after an 11-month-old was found with multiple injuries and drugs in his system.
A female that gave birth to the child was identified as 27-year-old Hannah Cason and a male identified as 22-year-old Dalton Miller are charged with felony child abuse resulting in great bodily injury.Deputies explained that the child had severe mouth and eye infections, damaged neck ligaments, multiple back compression fractures and contusions on the torso, back, and head areas. They added that he also tested positive for fentanyl, cocaine and THC.
During a bond court hearing on Wednesday afternoon, the solicitor said the victim had to have a toe amputated and doctors found burns in his throat.
64-year-old Kathryn Cason, the child's grandmother was charged with misprision of a felony for failing to report the child abuse and initially misleading investigators.
The baby has placed into emergency protective custody with the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
