A Wisconsin elementary school teacher is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with one of her students, according to a complaint filed in St. Croix County on Thursday.

Twenty-four-year-old Madison Bergmann was charged with one count of first-degree child sexual assault with a child under age 13.

According to charging documents, police were called to River Crest Elementary School in Hudson "regarding inappropriate conduct between a current teacher and a 5th grade student" — an 11-year-old boy.

Officers were presented with screenshots of multiple text conversations between the victim and Bergmann talking about their encounters, which allegedly occurred inside the classroom during lunch or after school.

Inside Bergmann's backpack, an officer reports they found a folder with the victim's name on it containing many handwritten notes. The victim later told police that he and Bergmann would write each other notes throughout the day. Many of the letters talk about the two kissing each other, court documents say.

In one of the letters, Bergmann allegedly wrote, "One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can't imagine a man talking to her how we talk. I know we have a special relationship and I do love you more than anyone in the world but I have to be the adult here and stop."

Madison Bergmann, the Wisconsin teacher busted for allegedly “making out” with an 11-year-old in her classroom, is asking a judge if it’s OK to be around kids again.

An attorney for the 24-year-old former teacher — who blew up her impending wedding when she was charged with first-degree child sexual assault on May 2 — filed the request to clarify the conditions of her bond.

Currently, she’s barred from being in any place where children are present. In a motion filed in late July, her attorney said she wants to know whether she can visit restaurants and shop at stores where there could be children.

Bergman has also filed a motion to dismiss the criminal complaint — and that request is not sitting well with her former colleagues at River Crest Elementary School in Hudson, Wisconsin.

“It’s ridiculous,” groused an elementary teacher. “She has left a wake of destruction at the school, and she thinks she shouldn’t face the consequences for that?”

The teacher told The Post that Bergmann’s firing set off a chain reaction at the school. Another fifth grade teacher also resigned at the following school board meeting.

School board members said that the teacher may have known about Bergmann’s behavior but did not report it. That educator has not been charged with any crime.

A disgraced Wisconsin teacher accused of sexually assaulting her 11-year-old student allegedly sent him more than 33,000 racy texts — some so explicit that the 23-year-old bowed her head in shame as they were read in open court on Monday.

During a preliminary hearing in St. Croix County Circuit Court, attorneys sparred over whether the evidence supported the 10 felony charges against Madison Bergmann, including first-degree child sex assault, child enticement and multiple counts of sexual misconduct by a school staff member.

During the hearing, school resource officer Traci Hall told the court that Bergmann and the victim exchanged the staggering number of texts in the early part of this year.

“There were approximately 33,000,” Hall told the court, adding that the relationship became more sexual and explicit as time went on.

Prosecutor Karl Anderson began reading from the texts, noting that things became X-rated on April 27.

I can't imagine having to read all of those texts. And the defense having the audacity to argue that because she didn't say exactly what she was going to do to him...it didn't count! She mentioned feeling her child victim being "hard" (omg ewww wtf), wearing dresses because she liked him touching her legs and getting wet in a class full of children - because of one of the kids! My God.

Online court records show 26-year-old Madison Bergmann was charged with ten felonies, including child enticement and 1st degree child sexual assault.

Investigators were shown screenshots of a text conversation between Bergmann and one of her 5th grade students at River Crest Elementary with her talking about how much she enjoyed the child touching her and the pair “making out.”

Bergmann was 24 at the time. The student was 11.

A search of Bergmann’s belongings at school uncovered nearly 100 letters, love notes, and artwork exchanged between the two.

On Friday in St. Croix County Court Bergmann was sentenced to six years of prison followed by six years of extended supervision.
