Police and court paperwork say she did know he was abusing her baby...which means they've got some sort of evidence to back that up. I don't think they arrest people for nothing and without probable cause. I'm not saying she wanted him to die, but they obviously arrested her with reason. I'm sorry this is hard for you and your family, but please let the courts do what they need to do to get justice for this little man.
