Man left toddler in hot car while he shoplifted blender from Walmart

"Travis Gill Sasser, a 27-year-old from Huntsville, is held in the Madison County jail on charges of domestic violence and theft, records show. He was arrested Monday afternoon.

Officers were called to the south Huntsville Walmart store at 11610 Memorial Parkway on Monday. Huntsville police Lt. Michael Johnson said Sasser intentionally left his son in the hot car for about an hour around noon while he stole the $259 blender.

Sasser’s 2-year-old son was taken to the hospital and released after an evaluation, Johnson said."

Robot or human?

We have a Blendtec that we paid several hundred bucks for, but it really does do everything. It's the one that bars and restaurants use. We've even made ice cream with it. Truly multipurpose, so worth the price. I don't know that the Vitamix is as robust.

Vitamix is awesome. I paid at least $200 almost twenty years ago, and it is worth every penny.
