Jussie Smollett The Attack! - Everything you need to know



Dozens of workers at Northwestern Hospital may have been fired for improperly reviewing the medical records of Jussie Smollett, who was treated at the emergency room after he claimed he had been attacked by two men.

Sources say those workers have been terminated after gaining access to the “Empire” actor’s medical chart. Smollett has since been charged with staging the whole incident.

One of the nurses says it was a misunderstanding and claims she never even accessed Smollett’s chart.

But she was fired last week and believes many other nurses and staffers were fired for the same reason.

The nurse says she was called in at the end of her shift last Tuesday, fired on the spot and escorted out of the hospital.

They were fired for looking at his records. If they weren't a care provider, they had no business gawking at his records. Hippa law covers that and anyone in healthcare knows that.

I would think just scrolling thru the main screen wouldn't be a peoblem. Actually opening them up is where the problem is.

A former friend of mine took it upon herself to ask her DIL to get some tests results of mine. She didn't ask me in advance if I wanted the results before I saw my doctor. I had several days of waiting and she just blurted out the results to me. She could tell I was worried and thought she was doing me a favor. But then she saw how shocked I was and said she only did it so I wouldn't be stressed.
It stressed me more to know that she knew before me and even more to know that her DIL risked her high paying job to find out.
I could have had her DIL fired. I didn't.
It was the beginning of the end to our friendship.
 
The wife just watched the newest episode of the shit show he's on (i did my best to ignore it while watching The Favourite, solid movie, although a bit mundane given the directors filmography), but i know for a fact thus far the character he plays has NOT been killed off.

Also, Terrence Howard is still one of the worst actors working today.

Prosecutor confirms he was telling the truth the whole time. Prosecutor has put out a DAMNING statement criticizing the corrupt police dept for trying the case before the media instead of doing a proper investigation.

I fucking KNEW it! Honestly always felt the rush to judgment was quite quick here, always thought the Nigerians were very suspicious in all this, always felt it said a LOT that amidst all this SUPPOSED damning evidence of his guilt and all he had on the line, this poor dude was STILL clinging to his innocence. Somehow no one else except this brave prosecutors office decided to practice some actual integrity or HEALTHY INTELLIGENT skepticism of the whole outrageous supposed conspiracy. So glad calmer, more intelligent, TOLERANT heads prevailed here.

Now the question has to be asked, why was society so quick to disbelieve and so disgustingly persecute this poor man? What was it about this VICTIM that led society to sooooo easily blame him for this attack? It CAN NOT be because he was black, because everyone was all too quick to take the word of the Nigerians who it appears now were the only perpetrators of a scam here(dont know what their motive was yet, perhaps it was a legit mugging and then this fake attack was their way of defense or were they intending to blackmail Smollett the whole time somehow?). I think the homosexual element sadly seems to be the only thing that makes Smollett the odd man out in the crime, only thing that made America on the whole so rapidly quick to try and destroy this poor man. Mix of homophobia and of course that Trump aspect is all it takes to render a victim completely worthless in the eyes of American society at large, render the victim a criminal based on ZERO ACTUAL evidence outside of the word of some fucking Nigerians, a nation/culture that LIVES by fraud and scamming.

Damn shame that at this point the waters have been too muddied for any prosecutor to feel they have a chance at a successful prosecution of the ACTUAL criminals here. If any of these figures had legit reason to find fault with the States Attorneys decision, they should and would be having it out with that office behind closed doors.
