FERRIS, TEXAS - A 23-year-old woman was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter after she allegedly struck and killed two stranded motorists with her car.

Authorities said Kaitlin Cheyenne Eagle struck two motorists who stopped their vehicle to change a flat tire. Police didn't reveal the identities of the victims.

Eagle was hospitalized and later booked into the Wayne McCollum Detention Center in Waxahachie with a bond set at $1,500,000.

It is amazing to me just how many people get drunk and then go driving. And we only hear about the ones that get caught. Imagine just how many people, at any given time, are driving around you completely blitzed.
