The thing is, if the states didn't disappear, it would be quite simple. Hell, if boarders were drawn, and the states had to be labeled without the insertion of pieces, I could do that.

I will agree with gprime though, give me a map with the state outlines and I have no problem whatsoever. Having the states disappear definatly makes it tough.
