"According to court documents, the victim was on Facebook Marketplace and noticed that someone had posted his structure for sale. He sent the information to police so they would know exactly where to start looking.

The victim also saw pictures of his metal garage on Facebook Marketplace, according to the affidavit. The pictures showed people in the process dismantling the building.

The victim said his building was being sold for $1,500, but it's worth $6,000.

A few days after noticing the Facebook Marketplace listing, police met with Vicki Treaster, 36, who they said had posted the building for sale. Court documents state she initially lied to police about where she got it, then said a friend gave her permission to take the building.

That friend turned out to be the victim's brother, but the victim told police that his brother hasn't lived in Oklahoma for years and sold it to him before he left.

Police went back to Treaster with that information. They said she started to switch up her story, changing who gave her permission to take the building.

According to police, the victim told investigators he never gave anyone permission to take the building.

During a criminal history check, investigators learned that Treaster had several prior burglary convictions and the man who helped dismantle the building also had priors. Treaster has been charged with one count of grand larceny and one count of unlawfully using a computer network to obtain money."
