A MELBOURNE man has been remanded in custody charged with using the internet to groom a 15-year-old American girl for sexual purposes.
Troy Shannon Belleth, 24, of Cranbourne North, faced an out-of-sessions hearing at Cranbourne police station charged with two Victorian offences - possessing child pornography and procuring a child for child pornography, police said.

He has also been charged with two commonwealth offences - using a carriage service to groom a child under 16 and using a carriage service to provide suicide material.
