For some strange reason, 5 years after the fact Ivan Wynn is going to trial on a video game robbery charge. Perhaps it was the 8 lawyers,or that he wets his pants when they bring him to court.
The highlights of Mr. Wynn's testimony:
"These demons gave me PCP and angel dust," Ivan Wynn said
as his defense lawyer yesterday tried to question him.
When his defense lawyer, Mark Fury, asked him if he owned a gun, Wynn said, "Angels don't need guns. They use swords."
Fury asked Wynn if he committed a robbery.
"The judgment of Job is coming upon you people for putting the demons in my head," Wynn said.
"God told me to write you a letter," Wynn told Superior Court Judge
Thomas Kelly. "You're the master demon, the demon in black."
At that point, Fury said he had no additional questions and Kelly
ruled that Wynn was "not responsive" and concluded his testimony.
Rest assured, the State of NJ has declared him competent for trial.
