MOORE — Police arrested a Moore man after two boys told officers he accused them of stealing drugs, pulled a knife on them and forced them to take off their clothes.

The boys, ages 12 and 13, told police they were riding their bicycles Sunday in the area of 913 S Bouziden Drive when a man asked them to stop and talk to him. The boys said the man took them to the north side of a residence and asked them if they had stolen marijuana from his vehicle, according to a Cleveland County District Court affidavit.

Police said the victims denied stealing anything, and the man pulled out a knife and pointed it at them. The man demanded they take off their clothing and empty their pockets.

One of the boys was wearing only his socks and the other was in underwear and socks when the man told them to leave the area, and they obliged, according to the affidavit.

Sgt. Jeremy Lewis said the boys went to a neighbor's house and called for police. The victims told officers they were scared the man would stab them if they didn't comply with his demands.

Timothy Todd Wise, 20, has been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the incident. Lewis said Wise told officers he accused the boys of stealing money, not drugs.

Wise told investigators the victims took $10 from him, so he made them empty their pockets. When he did not find the money, he told them to undress and leave. Wise told officers he had a knife at the time but did not open it or threaten the boys with it, according to the affidavit.

Police said Wise told them he put the victims' clothing inside the garage of the residence and carried a cellphone he took from one of the boys into the home.
Wise is being held in the Cleveland County jail with bail set at $30,000.
