The kids at school liked him ... he was like a father. Yeah okay kids ... that is called grooming.
This guy is going to try to kill her ... and who knows what her daughter went through, probably more than her mother knows yet, because this is pretty much text book.
Unfortunately, losing his job is going to make it even worse. His anger will double and he'll have free time to plan evil payback. Yikes.

When dinosaurs roamed the earth and I rode my Brontosaurus to school, the girls had Home Economics courses available to them while the boys had Bachelor Survival. It wasn't exactly haute cuisine, but I did learn how to make bread and cakes and pies.

We had them too ... shop and home Ec, but we took buses and it was mixed. We had to do both not one or the other.

I had Home Ec and Shop. I still have the dresser and plant stand that I made in shop. But in Home Ec I learned how to wash dishes correctly and made a few random dishes. Culinary Class just seems more elaborate than my Home Ec class. Oh and it was always taught by a woman.

1975 I was told the girls take home economic class and the boys take shop. I went crazy. My sister and I (before my wonderful stepmom) were already doing all the cooking, laundry, sewing repairs, cleaning etc for our family of 7.
I wanted to make stuff in woodshop, metal shop and plastics.
I went home and talked it over withy dad. He made an appointment with the principal and we discussed it.
He decided to make all the classes available to both genders.
I made cool stuff and Stanley Stuart learned how to make cinnamon rolls.

Change was coming but I made it happen.
