Sentenced: Pregnant Remedios Ramirez Left 1YO With Permanent Brain Damage

A Butler County mother is charged after police say she severely abused her baby causing permanent brain damage,

The baby girl remains in the hospital recovering from her injuries due to complications from the trauma.

According to police paperwork, on Aug. 9, Remedios Ramirez was inside the home with her 9-month-old daughter and 3-year-old child.

Ramirez told police it was an accident, that her daughter was in the bedroom on an air mattress, and when she left to go to the kitchen, she heard the baby fall.

After the infant was rushed to Children’s Hospital and underwent immediate surgery, medical personnel told troopers the child’s injuries were consistent with repetitive, accelerated head trauma, better known as shaken baby syndrome.

Remedios Ramirez is currently pregnant.

If the child is permanently disabled her rights need to be terminated in addition to her going to prison.

If the child is returned to her we will be paying this bitch SSI money for the rest of the child's life.

In August of 2018, 28-year-old Remedios Xochitl Nopaltecatl-Rimirez, assaulted her own infant till it almost died.

Police said Rimirez claimed her infant had fallen off of a bed when she walked out to the kitchen, but officials believe the infant was the victim of abusive head trauma or even Shaken Baby Syndrome. Doctors believe the infant had received permanent impairment from Rimirez’s actions.

Ramirez plead guilty to endangering the welfare of children, which will land her behind prison bars from two to seven years.

Sentencing was not held on March 5th before Common Pleas Judge William Shaffer.

Now with everything going on she will probably get out sooner than later to get pregnant and destroy another child's life.

One child in the system that has issues and a newborn that will possibly be returned to her in the future.

So, she can be out in two years, great. Plenty of time to make more kids to abuse/murder. They should do hysterectomies for all violent and child based felonies. I'm usually very far left, but this WOULD prevent future victims from even being born.
