Sentenced: Evil ginger gets 25yrs for impregnating an 11yo girl

A Sprague River man was sentenced to 25 years in prison Thursday for raping and impregnating an underage girl.

Billy Joe Smith, 28, pleaded guilty to first-degree rape for raping the 11-year-old victim in November 2017. Smith was arrested after the victim was found to be 18 weeks pregnant in March 2018.

Smith fled the state after he was charged with two counts of first-degree rape and one count each of first-degree sex abuse and incest in March 2018. He was arrested in Nevada in April 2018.
