A Yonkers man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for beating his 2-year-old son to death last Christmas Eve.

Blair Robinson, 26, was sentenced today by Westchester County Court Judge Barry Warhit, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office said in a press release. In August, Robinson pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter for kicking, whipping and beating his son, Alex Robinson, to death on Dec. 24, 2016.

Officials said Robinson and the boy's mother kept a filthy apartment on Maple Avenue, where authorities found Alex's 10-month-old sister with a bad diaper rash next to a bottle of curdled milk.

The girl was taken to Westchester Medical Center, and Alex's mother was eventually arrested and pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child. She was sentenced to three years of probation.

Robinson was arrested on Dec. 27, 2016, three days after he walked into St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers at 8:14 p.m. with Alex, who was lifeless and had no pulse, officials said. The boy was pronounced dead at 9:25 p.m. on Christmas Eve.

The cause of Alex's death was not immediately clear, officials said, but hospital staff saw bruises on his back and notified police.

Police went to Robinson's home and found Alex's sister on a mattress with no sheets in a cold bedroom, and the apartment had rodent droppings all over the kitchen and bugs were flying inside the refrigerator, officials said. At that time, Robinson told officials he only hit Alex once on his butt.

The autopsy, though, determined that Alex died from to his head and torso, and that he had hemorrhages in his brain and internal organs, officials said. There were about nine marks on his back that appeared to have been a pattern caused by repeated striking with an instrument, officials said.

On Dec. 27 Robinson admitted to beating Alex the afternoon of Dec. 24, after which he took a nap and went to work for about 90 minutes before he returned home and brought his son to the hospital, officials said.

Fill his rectal cavity with metal and roll him through an MRI.
Should he somehow survive, imprison him for life with a yearly holiday tradition of putting him in a 55 gallon metal drum.
Then filling it with burning coal.
Letting him climb out after 60 seconds.

Fuck this punk bitch and his stupid whore, I hope they get fucked in the ass everyday from here til their well deserved ends! Poor babies, thankfully the little girl was rescued before they let the rats eat her! That poor baby boy should have been getting ready for Santa instead he was beat to death.

Beating your own child to death on christmas eve? :punch:

And that exhausted you enough to take a fucking nap, but NEVER to try to save the baby. :punch:

Drill and fill, 22 mm right between the eyes.

How the fuck long does it take milk to curdle? I've found ONE cup of rotten cows milk that rolled behind a playpen and against a heater in my six years of parenting. And I'm lazy as hell, I still ensure my kids don't even drink warm shit... christ

An .87 caliber bullet? Don't know that I've ever seen one of those.

Given the state of the apartment and the caliber of parenting, I'm betting Santa wouldn't have been coming to visit Alex even if he hadn't been beaten to death.
I know but in a normal world a child would be getting ready for Santa. It was a hypo statement and also a wishful thinking statement.
