Can't help with the PM's, but just wander around. It won't take you long to get used to things.
 
I don't think it did. For whatever reason, the forum knows she has messages, but she is only seeing the ones being sent after the import.
 
Unfortunately, you may have fell victim to a bug that has been resolved in the next patch. Some PM imports did not correctly move over. We are updating to the latest patch this weekend, so lets see what it does. I'm just glad you are gettng new PM's.
