Normally, definitely.

But not if I want to do fifty minutes in one take. That podcast has no edits, except for the cut where the main camera stopped recording. A lot of people's podcasts are heavily edited if you watch; I'm proud of the fact that I can do something that long and involved in a single shot. Of course, I am leaving in some minor fuckups... I've got more tolerance for looking like an idiot than some folks do.

I will say, I did drink a bit heavier on the Pulpit of Doom, but all I had to worry about for that was talking into a mic. Even then, I had to be careful not to get too loose, though.

I wish I could afford a high quality blade. My current EDC is a Dewalt that I picked up at the Home Depot for like $20. It serves its purpose, but the blade doesn't hold an edge for as long as I'd prefer.

The AUS-6 steel EDC that I mentioned in the video was the same way; AUS-6 is just too damn soft, the blade wouldn't stay sharp for beans. AUS-8 is more reasonable in terms of hardess, fairly common and not too expensive.
