It was a “stench” that cops will never forget.
After entering the home of an Ohio child molester, local police found more than 100 animals — including bearded dragons and snakes — among massive piles of feces and garbage.
In one of the bedrooms, investigators reportedly discovered sex toys, pornographic movies and dozens of snake skins “littering” the floor. The bed itself “was equipped with nylon 4-point restraints,” according to police.
Court documents
obtained by the Cincinnati Enquirer describe the sickening scene, which was uncovered in September 2017.
Scott Matthew Cook, the homeowner, was sentenced to five years in prison on Tuesday after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition and child porn charges. He had been accused of sexually assaulting his daughter’s friend.
The victim reportedly read a statement in court, outlining the abuse she suffered.
“He would start touching me and his wife at the same time,” she said, calling her encounters with Cook “gross and scary.”
She noted how Cook would force her to watch him and his wife have sex — and porn, as well. The girl was 10 when the abuse began. It went on for two years.
Cook’s wife has since filed for divorce and moved out, according to reports.
