Hugo Perez-Gabriel, 32, was arraigned on a felony complaint charging him with the use of a child in a sexual performance, disseminating indecent material to minors, and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.

Perez-Gabriel was charged earlier this month with concealment of a human corpse and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.

Jonson Temaj, 15, was found dead around 6:15 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2024, according to the New Rochelle Police Department.

Police said Perez-Gabriel and his 16-year-old nephew allegedly removed Temaj from a nearby home and left him on a sidewalk. Temaj was found without a shirt or shoes when police arrived, authorities said.

Early in February, Perez-Gabriel used WhatsApp to request sexual material from Temaj. The victim sent Perez-Gabriel two videos, according to a criminal complaint.

“The allegations in this complaint are extremely disturbing. The fact that this same defendant was previously charged in connection with the dumping of a 15-year-old boy’s corpse makes this case all the more horrific,” DA Cacace said. “ My office is working around the clock to find out what happened to this boy, and I am committed to delivering justice to his family.”

Temaj has been identified as the same victim who allegedly communicated with Perez-Gabriel on WhatsApp.

A twisted New Rochelle man admitted to dragging the body of a teen boy out of his home after the youngster died from acute intoxication — then fessed up to previously sexually abusing him, according to a report.

Hugo Perez-Gabriel, 32, pleaded guilty to a host of crimes on Wednesday, more than a year after the remains of 15-year-old Jonson Temaj were found on the sidewalk near the pervert’s home, The Journal News reported.

Perez-Gabriel was initially arrested on charges that he moved the body from inside the home with the help of a 16-year-old accomplice, and was later slapped with numerous sex charges, the outlet reported.

In court, he admitted to performing a sex act on the teen in August 2024 and forcing him to pose naked for a video in the days leading up to his tragic death, according to the report.

There were no charges leveled for the teen’s death.
