MD - 31-year-old Eric David Rose is being held on $500,000 bail after he was charged with rape and sexual abuse of three women.
One of the victims is a 20-year-old woman who visited his apartment for a party in mid-November 2007. She accepted alcoholic drinks from him. At some point in the evening, she lapsed in and out of consciousness and could feel Rose touching her inappropriately.
The arrests came March 19, after a 24-year-old woman reported she had been raped by Rose on March 16 at his apartment. This woman had been drinking with him and other friends earlier in the evening at a bar. She and several co-workers later went back to his apartment with him, where Rose gave her drinks and she lost consciousness. She awoke to find him having sex with her.
A 19-year-old woman reported she had accompanied a group of friends and co-workers to Rose’s apartment Sept. 16, 2007. Rose served her alcohol and she became ill and eventually lost consciousness. She awoke to find him touching her inappropriately while she was in a bedroom.
