So there's this guy from KY who ended up being investigated for having sex with a 12 year old girl. That investigation led to a search warrant, which lead to finding multiple devices containing child porn of the homemade variety.
Anywho, they found that one of the girls was a Covington resident so there was another investigation. The girl was 15 but he told her and her parents that he was 16. When they didn't buy it, suddenly, he was 19. He was really 27.
Bobby Matthew Boucher was indicted on 30 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor, 30 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor, 3rd degree rape, and 3rd degree sodomy. The jury took 30 minutes to convict. They recommended 15 years as a sentence.
Oh did I forget to mention that he was already convicted to serve 45 years for similar crimes with another victim? Well he was and in Kentucky, those sentences have to be carried out consecutively. So basically, he's looking at 60 years. And that's not even counting the years he'll rack up with his pending charges.
He was indicted for two other cases involving child victims plus another case for the child porn. And so help him if they identify the other girls in his little R. Kelly videos. I say good riddance!

In 2016, a Kenton County Police investigation by Sgt. Chris Pittaluga and Detective Jay Downs revealed Matthew Bucher was engaged in sexual activity with a 12-year-old child.
