Well amazing... but damn, really, around a 2.5 mile stretch from where she vanished and it took everyone 4 damn days to find her?

So much weird to this. Hey, glad she's found, but maybe the search and rescue need to go back to training

Not so strange if she was actively hiding, or struggling in a ravine.

At this point it is just mean to question a survivor's story of being chased by a crazy guy with a knife. But I'm going there since LE is investigating a crime too....

Husband swears he was gone no more than 7 minutes.
She said the knife wielding man ran down a hill after her. Her husband had left just to reverse the car back up hill to the campsite so why didn't she run toward his car? Had she moved far enough away from the road that fast to make that impossible? And even after she escaped,, she was too far away or too frightened to yell to her husband for help even a few minutes later? Some claim she is a clever and resourceful hiker but it seems especially panicky and paranoid too. So odd.
