"On Sunday, the Cooke County Sheriff's Office received a call that a car was on fire in the middle of the road. Upon arrival, the Muenster Volunteer Fire Department extinguished the flames and found two people dead in the back seat.
Sheriff's deputies, the Fire Marshall, Texas Rangers and others responded to the scene to conduct an investigation. They concluded the vehicle was set on fire intentionally.
The suspect has been identified as 37-year-old, Mandeep Singh from Fort Worth. Officials believe he likely fled on foot or was picked up in another vehicle.
Singh is considered to be armed and dangerous."
