(AP) -- A man accused of bursting into a room and gunning down two teens last September was acquitted by a jury in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday.
Jurors found 23-year-old Lee Parker not guilty of two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths of 16-year-old Amber Lewis and 19-year-old "Theo" Lloyd.
The two were slain the morning of September 11th while in bed together with another teen, Alissa Stelloh, in suburban West Allis.
Stelloh testified Tuesday that a man she swore was Lewis' former boyfriend shot the victims as they were having sex.
She testified the man grabbed her by the throat but let go and left.
The defense attacked her credibility and noted the inconsistencies in her account of what happened.
The jury had heard three days of testimony and deliberated five hours before reaching its verdict.

I guess they didn't bother with forensics.
