A Tennessee salon worker was arrested after being caught on video abusing his French bulldog, repeatedly smacking and kicking the helpless pup inside an elevator.
Brandon Tynes, 33, was charged with felony aggravated animal cruelty Tuesday after an employee at his apartment complex in Nashville contacted animal control officials with allegations that he was abusing one of his two French bulldogs, WZTV reports.
A 22-second clip obtained by the station shows a pet owner police identified as Tynes hurling the 8-month-old animal head first into a wall just outside an elevator before the dog regains its footing and is dragged away on a leash.
