Nicholas Lee Handy, 36, is jailed after police found him with some extra packages under his ‘package’. Multiple items were retrieved from beneath Handy’s scrotum, including crystal methamphetamine, heroin, a digital scale, and multiple empty baggies.
A search incident to arrest resulted in .3 grams of meth in Handy’s front left pocket. After he was transported to booking, he was given one more opportunity to declare any more drugs on his person, and he admitted to having a digital scale tucked under his scrotum, and the officer let him retrieve it and place it on the patrol car.
Handy denied any other items on his person. Once inside booking, a secondary search was conducted, which resulted in the discovery of a baggie of .7 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a baggie of 2.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a baggie of .5 grams of heroin, and multiple empty baggies, all under his genitals.
