"A 26-year-old Illinois man allegedly had sex with two 14-year-old girls in late 2018 in the town of Oconomowoc.

Mohammed S. Wattar of Mount Prospect, Illinois, was charged June 27 in Waukesha County Circuit Court with two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child under 16. If convicted, Wattar faces up to 80 years in prison."

I'm not sure, I know it would be if he had brought them back across the state border to IL. But not positive if him travelling there makes it federal.
if he contacted them across state lines via internet, that could also lead to a fed charge.

But really, I mean if you're going all the way to Oconomowoc for a 14 year old, you might as well get two of them, right? :penguin:
