Man arrested for downloading & sharing video of teen putting clamps on an infants nipples and genitals

Police in Provo arrested a man after he was caught downloading a video of a teen girl sexually torturing an infant on his phone.

An investigation started after the Utah Attorney General’s office received notice of a video that had been shared between multiple people showing a teen girl sexually molesting an infant female.

In the video the teen was putting clamps on the infants nipples and genitals.

Investigators were able to determine Eric Washburn, 30, of Provo as the one who had downloaded the video.

A search was conducted of Washburn's home in Provo by SVU detectives and the Internet Crimes Against Children task force.

During an interview with detectives, Washburn admitted to possessing and sharing child pornography. He said he had shared child pornography with at least two other individuals on multiple occasions through his phone and a computer.

Detectives found at least nine images of prepubescent children who were naked engaged in sex acts and at least one image showed an adult female performing oral sex on a prepubescent male child.
