On July 17, 2019, at 5:54 PM, a San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office deputy from the coast side Patrol Bureau was patrolling the area of Pescadero Creek Road near the Butano Cutoff, when he saw a car parked on the side of the road with two people inside.
