A 23-year-old man was allegedly drunk on a Greenland, N.H. highway early Thursday when the Dodge Dakota he was driving became trapped underneath a tractor trailer that dragged his vehicle for several hundred yards, authorities said.
Remarkably the suspect, Kyle Lehoullier, escaped serious injury, according to a statement from New Hampshire State Police. He did not, however, avoid a criminal charge.
“As a result of this investigation Lehoullier was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated,” the statement said. “He was released on bail and ordered to appear in the 10th Circuit Portsmouth District Court on February 20, 2019 for arraignment.”
