A Georgia teen and her two toddlers who went missing in December might be in the Big Apple, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Kenyah Randall-Edwards, 16, her 2-year-old son [Kensharri] and 1-year-old daughter [Sharriah] disappeared from their foster home near Monroe, in Walton County, on Dec. 22, authorities and Fox5 Atlanta said.
Authorities believe the teen, who does not have a driver’s license, slipped out a window, according to the report.
“We’re concerned with the juveniles, the babies simply because they are so young and make sure that the mom and that the babies have care,” Capt. Kirk McElroy with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office told the news outlet.
If they are not still in the Monroe area, Randall-Edwards and her two children are believed to have traveled to Covington, Georgia — approximately 20 miles south of where they went missing — or Brooklyn, New York, according to the center.
The FBI is also investigating the case.
