The community of Washington Township, PA, has rallied around a family who are mourning the loss of their beloved 3-yr-old Shiloh Shepard, Otto. The family believes a neighbor is responsible for Otto's death and they and their supports want justice.
Otto took off from his property in February possibly chasing an animal. Police haven't said exactly what happened to Otto although his owner believes a neighbor shot or beat Otto to death. People thought an arrest should've been made already and that there's some sort of shenanigans going on, but police have assured them that is not the case and that they're just being careful to make a good case so it won't all be for nothing. I certainly wish them luck.
One citizen remarked that Otto was a unique dog with a very sweet personality.
