Step-monster, Johanna Michelle Grissom, 33, has been arrested for allegedly stomping on a child’s face before spraying the juvenile in the face with carpet cleaner, according to arrest reports.

She was arrested by the Parker Police Department after officers received word that the child, who was not identified, had been treated for wounds to its face at a hospital.

Grissom had allegedly stomped on the child’s face at some point and then sprayed carpet cleaner into the child’s face, police reported.

Grissom was ordered to not have contact with the child outside of the Department of Children and Families supervision.

I just found the case on the Bay County Clerk of the Court's web site. I found a letter from Johanna's stepfather to the judge claiming she had never been in trouble with the law before. I also found a record of disorderly conduct on Mexico Beach, a record of a bad check, and a record of operating with an expired license. Misdemeanors? Yep, but still criminal actions.

A word to the wise, @Justink192: One may only use such physical force as is necessary to prevent or terminate a certain strictly limited series of crimes. Sexual assault comes into that series; however, if she was actually coming into the living room to give them food, as you claim, why was she carrying a can of carpet cleaner? Or did she turn around and retrieve it after she stomped on her stepson's face? And was stomping on his face how she chose to terminate that sexual assault, or did she grab him and pull him off then stomp him?

These are important things to know.

You're saying, the ex-father allowed the 9 year old to watch pornographic videos and the child then decided to rape the 4 year old boy. Wherein, as the mother was bringing a bite to eat into the boy's room, she caught the 9 year old fucking the 4 year old and then decided to stomp the older child and sprayed him with cleaner. Is that it?

Even if true, a nine year old acting out sexually is a victim, you fucking idiot. You’d assault a child because they were acting out acts they’d seen, or had done to them? Instead of getting them help? I hope you’re sterile. You would be a horrible fucking parent.

this is one of those OC type hard to support claims that would've come out when she was charged&with examining the little boy, not even a good one at that. they stopped working in Calif when over half a dozen in a row turned out to be erroneous, they did get some people killed at the time though[but perps ended up speed time in prison & worse fkd up over it] anytime anyone makes false claims lie this they should get hit with the same level of charge as what they have tried to use as an excuse & to cover for a crime against a child or someone else as an excuse nailed for it more time. Also, read original this is a druggie looking spite thing she pulled on a child not the way you would act if you caught one child molesting another but how you would act if you were a psychotic asshole that was jealous or bent over Avignon to take care of a child that you hadn't popped out yourself. She is something that should be sterilized for humanity

Both of the letters to the judge, one from her stepfather and one from a friend, make the same claim. Tellingly, neither letter (or our one-shot semi-literate defender's post) states she did not assault the nine-year-old; instead, they all claim that her assault, with both her foot and the carpet cleaner, were the result of provocation. And that still leaves me wondering if she was carrying the can of carpet cleaner when she walked into the room to bring the kids some food or if she left the room to get it.

i am confused ... read this for the first time... ok step son is the one she abused cuz he was raping her son ... ok isn't the father of her step son the man she was living with ??? and she knew he was letting his son watch adult sex videos??? and she was still with him? cuz otherwise wouldn't the child be living with his father not with her???? confused is putting it mildly :(
