A Florida man who had been arrested over a disturbance at a bar allegedly groped a female fingerprint technician at the county jail, before claiming he did it because 'she was sexy'.
Jack Dylan Evans, 44, was arrested Wednesday afternoon for alleged disorderly conduct at the Down the Hatch bar in Pinellas Park and taken to county jail.
Police say Evans had been cursing in the bar, told the owner he wanted to have sex with her and made a series of other crude comments before his arrest.
While he was being booked and having his finger prints taken, Evans is alleged to have fondled the behind of the technician - an incident that was reportedly captured on surveillance tape.
A police report claims he 'stated that he touched the victim because he thought she was sexy.'
A second charge, for battery on a jail employee, in addition to his initial misdemeanor charge, was filed against Evans. That count carries a $5000 bond.
The report stated as Evans was being fingerprinted by the technician, he allegedly 'reached with his left hand down to the victim's right buttocks area and rubbed the area.'
