Put a life jacket on him and loop a rope around his upper torso. Then attach it to the back of a boat. Next make a series of decent cuts on his legs and thighs so he gets a decent bit of blood coming out, not too much, but just enough to make things interesting. Then take him on a boat ride out to shark infested waters. Chum the water and get them nice and worked up. Shove his ass over the side and start trolling the water with him. Let the Sharks deal some justice to him one bite at a time.
