Apparently the customer only wanted to pay half the bill, because she was dissatisfied. Maybe these two videos can clear up what happened.

Okay, what you do is you pay the bill and never go back. Tell your friends they do bad nails, write a bad review on Yelp. But you pay the bill. And you get to leave. Without bruises. These nail shops are not shy about trying to beat your ass over their money. I think they're becoming the next Chuck E. Cheese.

WTF??? Pampered, precious, little white trashisn't she? You pick the color and if you don't like it once your nails are done, that's on you. If your nails are all not the exact same length, well you could see that before the polish went on and a few passes with a nail file would have corrected it.

While the woman seems like a trashy jerk, those salon workers should not have put their hands on her (assault), and they should not have locked the door and refused to let her leave (kidnapping). Hope it was worth all the trouble they will be in for $20.

It would be better if she invested her money into some breast implants.
In fairness the shop owners had no right to keep her, just call the cops.
