Poor Douglas Kelly…this Floida-man has the worst luck! Kelly was arrested last year when he because suspicious of the meth he purchased. Feeling like he’d been ripped off he did what any smart consumer would do…he called the cops. Kelly told the cops that he wanted to press charges because he’d been given the wrong narcotics. After having what he called a “violent reaction” after smoking some of the unknown substance he suspected that he was given Flakka, a synthetic stimulant.

The police were all to happy to help and invited him to come down to have the narcotics tested…and they tested positive for meth. So there’s arrest #1.
Now Douglas is in trouble again because he posted bail of $2500 on that charge and was freed from Putnam County Jail…and, well he took off! He failed to show up for court and now Mr Kelly has a warrant out on him. He’s looking at an additional felony for jumping bail.

I think I would have been more pissed to find out it was actually Meth than being in jail.
