I don't want to see him naked!!!
An Ormond Beach man has bonded out of jail following his arrest on charges of sexual battery on a teenager. Doug Wilhite, 56, was arrested early Friday morning by investigators with the Volusia County Sheriff's Office Sex Crimes unit. Around 4:20 p.m., Whilhite posted bail on on a $100,000 bond.

The investigation started when Wilhite was interviewed concerning the victim being reported missing in May. It was learned that Wilhite was a nudist and that the victim and the victim's friends were allowed to be naked around Wilhite.

Wilhite went on to claim that the victim had made sexual advances toward him, but that he never touched the boy sexually. Wilhite told investigators that he allowed the victim and his friends to come over to his house and have sex in his presence. He also said that he offered to provide video equipment to the victim and his friends if they wanted to film themselves naked.

Investigators spoke to the victim in July and learned from him that Wilhite would provide alcohol to him if he would agree to be naked. The victim also said that Wilhite had engaged in sex acts with him about a dozen times.

The case is still under investigation as the Sheriff's Office looks further into Wilhite's past activities with the possibility that there are additional victims.

A local radio station owner dogged by financial problems and listeners who say his travel auction show took them nowhere was jailed Friday on accusations of sex with a teenage boy.

F. Douglas Wilhite, 56, the owner of WELE-AM and longtime host of "The Premier Travel Show," engaged in sex acts with a 15-year-old boy "about a dozen times," according to Volusia County sheriff's spokesman Brandon Haught.

Wilhite provided details of four different occasions -- two times he said he and the boy had "worked out naked."

He told Fortin one of the times the boy got a cramp in his leg so Wilhite massaged out the cramp. Wilhite also told Fortin he became sexually aroused and the boy asked for him to act on it, but Wilhite told him they "were not supposed to do stuff like that," the report states.

In June, Wilhite told Fortin that while the boy was missing he attempted to get the ex-boyfriend of his accuser "to engage into a sexual relationship over the Internet in hopes to lure (him) back."

"He offered $1,000 for the sex," the report states. During that same conversation, he told Fortin "he has the best equipment for taking video and digital photographs" and that it "was offered to the boys to assist them if they wanted to get into pornographic movies" or "to provide images of themselves naked."

Neighbors told News 13 Wilhite is a nudist, which is one reason he put up a high privacy fence around his property.

They said he lives there with his wife, but the couple never socialized with residents.

"In today's environment, surprise is not a good word," said Roy Akins.

Dakota... you made me throw in my mouth when I clicked on your story. We are no longer friends*

* Just kidding. Seriously though, no amount of alcohol would make say yes to any sexual requests of his.

Arrested in July for having sex with a 16-year-old boy, F. Douglas Wilhite is facing 15 more criminal charges after new details emerged from several additional teens who said they were exposed to nudity, sex, alcohol and pornography.

Volusia County Sheriff's investigators took Wilhite into custody on Thursday night after a judge ordered him jailed on more than $1.5 million bond. The new charges came after investigators interviewed seven additional victims.

Five new victims acknowledged getting naked in front of Wilhite, at the defendants insistence. Many said playing billiards in the nude was a common occurrence at Wilhite's house. Others said the 56-year-old Wilhite told them it was a house rule that they couldn't use his workout room unless they took their clothes off. Two of the victims said they had sex in front of Wilhite after he asked them to do so.

According to witness statements, the common bond between the seven new teens was the 16-year-old boy that Wilhite is accused of sexually victimizing. The others said they were drawn to Wilhites home in order to visit the boy.

The investigation was initiated when the boy ran away from Wilhite's home on May 18 and Wilhite's wife, Sherry, called the Sheriff's Office to report him missing. The boy eventually was located in Virginia in June. When he was interviewed, police said the boy detailed months of sexual abuse at the hands of Wilhite.

Following the arrest on July 10, Sheriff's investigators continued to look into the defendants actions and were able to track down the other seven teenagers and get them to talk about what had been going on inside Wilhites home. That information resulted in the Sheriff's Office obtaining arrest warrants on Thursday.

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- An Ormond Beach radio talk host accused of sex crimes in July faces more sex crimes charges as more teenagers come forward.
Arrested in July for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old boy, F. Douglas Wilhite is facing 15 more criminal charges after new details emerged from several additional teenagers who got drawn into Wilhite's life of nudity, sex, alcohol and pornography, said authorities.
At Wilhite's first appearance on Friday, Judge John Doyle found that the state's release of the new arrest warrants on Thursday when Wilhite is due to go on trial for the July charges on Monday was a "sucker punch" to the defense.
Defense Attorney David Damore said the State's Attorney's Office has been sitting on new criminal complaints against Wilhite for months and said they suddenly served warrants on Wilhite to deprive him of time to prepare for an upcoming trial.
"It's now win at all costs," he said. "Very vengeful, very vindictive … it's a kind of a new flavor that we're seeing. They will stop at nothing to get a conviction."
Prosecutors said they were talking to victims and the arrest was more urgent after they received a tip that Wilhite was preparing his boat to skip town.

WTF? Are there no good-looking nudists? It's always these trolls that are walking around, weenis a-flappin'.

I hope he uses nair. He's rockin some short shorts in those diving pics on his website. Nothing worse than a child molester with hairy balls.

Just once.. I'd like to see a nudist who doesn't bury the scale on the beast-o-meter. Is that too much to ask?

Found Not Guilty:

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. -- A man who was accused of molesting a 15-year-old boy was found not guilty on all counts Wednesday. A jury revealed the verdict a little after 4:00pm.
Lawyers for a Volusia County radio station owner accused of molesting the teenage boy rested their case Wednesday without calling a single witness. Doug Wilhite was on trial for sexual battery.
Doug Wilhite had a chance to testify and defend himself, but apparently didn't see a need to. His attorneys punched a lot of holes in the story of the 15-year-old boy who was living in Wilhite's home and claimed Wilhite bribed him for sex at least one dozen times.
Wilhite, who's a nudist, said the boy asked him for sex, but it never happened. Wilhite's attorneys even referred to their client Wednesday morning as flighty and distracted, but they got investigators to testify that the one fact Wilhite never wavered on was his denial that he had sex with the boy.
Wilhite's attorneys also got investigators to reiterate that, though the home was full of cameras, they found no illegal activity recorded anywhere.

Late Wednesday afternoon, a former radio station owner accused of molesting children made a plea deal in court. Doug Wilhite was accused of having sex with teenagers and watching teens have sex in his Ormond Beach-area home.

However, Wilhite won't be going to prison. Instead, he'll go home. He walked out of the courtroom Wednesday afternoon with a sentence of community control, house arrest, and avoiding all but two of the 15 charges he was facing.

The 57-year-old former radio station owner faced sexual accusations from seven teenagers, but he walked out of court without having to go to jail and called the accusations untrue and wrong.

"Wish that they hadn't started these rumors and put them on the Internet and encouraged each other to corroborate them, but I do forgive them," Wilhite said.

Wilhite was acquitted in a trial last year, where a boy testified he had sex with Wilhite in his home several times. He was charged again when friends of the boy said they had also had sex in front of Wilhite, who gave them alcohol. Wilhite said he believes he would have been acquitted again, but didn't have the energy to sit through another trial.

"I'm too tired and too unhealthy to go to trial. I've been through a lot, my family's been through a lot and probation was preferable to me," he said.

Wilhite even gave a short victory statement of sorts after his sentencing, thanking the judge for a wonderful job and the people of Volusia County for supporting him.

"Even though there's been so much press against me, all I get are hugs and well wishes," he said.

The judge quickly reminded Wilhite after that statement that he still faces two years house arrest and 13 years probation.

The State Attorney's Office said it didn't want to put all those teenagers through a long, difficult trial.

Fuck that! I'd never plead to doing something if I was innocent. Nasty, pervy baby-fucker. I hope that your bad health deteriorates and is extremely painful and crippling. Also, I see the beauty in the human form, and have no problem with nudity, but you need to keep your clothes on because no one wants to see your fugly ass.
