A 32-year-old Milwaukee woman is facing a felony charge of chronic neglect of a child after the medical examiner determined her 16-year-old son died from severe malnutrition.

According to the criminal complaint, Iraida Pizarro-Osorio, 32, brought her son to the Sixteenth Street Health Center on Sept. 4. He was “unresponsive, had a faint pulse, and appeared extremely emaciated,” the complaint says. Despite efforts by clinic personnel and Milwaukee first responders, the child died at the health center.

The complaint indicates the 16-year-old weighed just 42 pounds at the time of death — “placing (the child) in the zero percentile on the CDC’s growth chart for boys ages 2-20.” A detective noted the boy’s “skeletal structure was visible underneath the skin” and he was “lacking muscle.”

Pizarro-Osorio indicated to police the 16-year-old suffered from a genetic disorder, had seizures, epilepsy and autism. She said his condition impacted his ability to gain weight, the complaint says. Pizarro-Osorio told police the teenage “has never weighed more than 75-80 pounds in his lifetime.”

When interviewed by police, Pizarro-Osorio indicated she had recently returned from Puerto Rico with her three children -- including the 16-year-old. She told police the teen "became sick and was not eating." Pizarro-Osorio said she took the child to a doctor in Puerto Rico and was turned away because she did not have insurance. She said after returning home on Sept. 4, the boy was found unresponsive in his bedroom. Pizarro-Osorio told police she drove the 16-year-old to the Sixteenth Street Health Center

In a second interview with police, the complaint says Pizarro-Osorio admitted lying -- that she and her children "never went to Puerto Rico during the summer of 2019." When asked about the lock on the teen's bedroom door, the complaint says Pizarro-Osorio "claimed the lock was to ensure that (the teen) did not leave his bedroom at night. The defendant claimed that she would feed (the teen) dinner and then lock (the teen) in his bedroom at bedtime. When (the teen) fell asleep, the defendant claimed she opened the door back up so that the defendant could hear if (the teen) suffered a seizure." When questioned about why she lied to police, the complaint says Pizarro-Osorio said she "was scared that child protective services would be called and the defendant's children would be taken away."

Miserable cunt neglects her kid to death then traumatizes a bunch of clinic workers when she should have took him to a ER. My best friend works in a rural clinic and she had a code 2 weeks ago and they saved the patient but it wiped the whole crew out. A good clinic crew is ready for when shit hits the fan but they pray it doesn't.

Everyone of us had a dedicated job and no one quits no matter what until the patient left the floor alive, the code was called or a dedicated relief was in place and up to speed and the floor was aware the switch was in place. 15 minutes or 2 hours.. you train.. you practice.. you prepare.. and you pray even if you’re not sure a god exist..

The team I'm on is support services. Our main priority is do not lose or fuck up specimens since they can be irreplaceable or cause the patients worse outcomes, time, and/or money. Our second task is to not get ourselves killed or maimed in the process.

But, maybe then, you would've at least been rid of the one you didn't want so you didn't have to starve him to death.

Why do these cunts wait until their kids are plainly dying to seek medical help? Do they really think they can be saved and everything will be okay? Doctors and nurses may be saints, but they're not fucking wizards.
They aren't taking them for medical help when they do this. They know the kid's about to die and don't have a way to dispose of a body. They are trying to cover their asses, nothing more.

Some of these bitches should get bullet to the head courtesy of the state and be dropped straight into a municipal grave, like a trash can for each county. So simple, so money-saving, and so fitting.

Fucktard momster has Buckwheat"s hair style! I can't believe any of you fuckers haven't it brought up yet

Fine, I'll do it.

Anywho,
When questioned about why she lied to police, the complaint says Pizarro-Osorio said she "was scared that child protective services would be called and the defendant's children would be taken away."
Where's the downside of having CPS take your fucking kids? Its not like you had any love for them, you sorry sack of shit.

A Milwaukee woman who pleaded guilty to felony neglect of a child was sentenced to four years' probation.

Iraida Pizarro-Osorio was charged with the crime in September 2019 after the medical examiner determined her 16-year-old son died from severe malnutrition.

The judge initially sentenced Pizarro-Osorio to four years in prison and four years of extended supervision. The judge then stayed the sentence -- and placed Pizarro-Osorio on probation for four years.
