Angela Flewelling, the former owner of Primary Colors Family Daycare, was sentenced to 60 days in prison for child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police closed her day care in November after surveillance video from inside the home showed her dragging children and kicking at least one child.
The victims were each under the age of 3, too young to communicate, prosecutors said.
One victim's father told the court how upsetting it was to watch his son being dragged across the living room floor by his arm. He said the abuse has left him second-guessing everything as a parent and that Flewelling was "two-faced."
None of the children required substantial medical treatment, Superior Court Judge Vivian L. Medinilla said.
The footage was reported to police by Flewelling's husband.
