A pervert claimed a horse gave him consent for sex by winking at him.
Daniel Webb-Jackson, 31, broke into a stables in Grafton, New South Wales to 'chill out' with a horse and have sex with her in January.
In police interviews he admitted committing two sexual acts against the horse but said the animal wanted to have sex with him.
He was found by police crouched in the corner of the fourth stable and was arrested after a brief fight with officers, the
Daily Examiner reported.
Webb-Jackson pleaded not guilty to committing an act of cruelty but Magistrate Karen Stafford convicted him on Tuesday.
He was jailed for 10 months and fined $700. The female horse was said to be 'traumatised' after the assault.
