Custom Title Help?

I feel silly even asking, but I'm an old and pretty technically challenged. How can I change my custom title? I post exclusively from my phone if it matters. Thanks!

@jenthgr8 here's what it looks like on my phone...


Click on that tab with the 3 bars, it opens a drop down menu. Click on store.

The first option will be Change User Title.

Tries to show all of that in the screenshot below.
