With over 500,000 followers Melina Brunson thought she'd found her answer in Brittany Dawn. That many people can't be wrong, right? Brunson wasn't looking for a miracle; she just wanted to drop the baby weight 3 months post partum, so she signed up for a $250 fitness plan with Dawn. It included the typical nutritional and exercise regimen plus weekly check-ins with Dawn. When Brunson wasn't loosing weight, she found that she couldn't contact Dawn; a problem others were also having. Others also complained that the plans were not customized as promised.
Brittany Dawn's excuse was that her business was growing so fast she couldn't keep up with it. Customers didn't believe this was genuine, especially after Brunson was offered only a 20% refund after requesting a full refund on her plan. Dawn wouldn't speak to NBC5 but emailed that she had set up an email customer service system and had already cleared more than half the complaints.
If this doesn't turn into a criminal prosecution then hopefully Dawn's channel becomes history.
