Two sisters have been arrested over the alleged stabbing and assault of one woman's late ex-boyfriend's family at a Tennessee funeral home.

Angel Chatman, 28, and Travonda Chatman, 26, are both facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The two women were arrested after they were apparently told they were not welcome to visit Angel's late former partner, named as Michael Davis.

Angel Chatman went to the Terrell Broadly Funeral Home in Nashville to visit her ex-boyfriend, along with Travonda, where they were told to leave by his mother and sister, police say.

Following an argument, Angel is accused of pulling out a knife and stabbing the deceased's sister in the back, WKRN reports.

The two Chatman sisters are then said to have pulled out guns before pointing them at the deceased man's other family members, according to authorities.

They allegedly threatened his mother and uncle.

Then, as they returned to their car, police say Angel backed her SUV up against her ex's brother, pinning him between her vehicle and his truck.

Angel is then said to have fled the scene before being arrested later in the day.

The three young children in the back of Angel's car were said to have not been wearing seat belts and standing up as she drove away erratically in her SUV.

Police say they were called Monday afternoon before Angel surrendered and is now being held on a $100,000 bond and a required 12-hour domestic violence hold.

Travonda was booked into the jail Monday night after she was arrested hours later.

The injured family members of the deceased were treated at hospital.

Filthy Hoodrats trying to make everything about them all the time. Too bad the cops didn't shoot them on site. I guess one can still hope for the future though. You know they won't be able to behave themselves for long. Then it will be right back on the pages here
