ST. LOUIS • A man serving four years in prison for installing a video camera in the girls bathroom of a St. Charles amusement center now faces federal child pornography charges.
A March 6 indictment accuses Jeffrey Eisenbath, 29, formerly of Lincoln County, of coercing two underage girls to engage in sexually explicit conduct between Nov. 1, 2017, and Jan. 22, 2018, and of possessing images containing child porn.
Eisenbath is due in court Wednesday to plead not guilty to three felony charges: production, receipt and possession of child pornography. No attorney was listed for him yet.
In November, Eisenbath pleaded guilty in St. Charles County Circuit Court to an invasion of privacy charge and was sentenced to four years in prison. He had admitted to police that he placed a hidden video recorder in a girls bathroom at
Adrenaline Zone, a bumper car and laser tag complex in St. Charles, where he worked, authorities have said.
Eisenbath also faces pending charges in Lincoln County of possession of child porn and invasion of privacy. Officials said Eisenbath also told police that he placed a camera in a bathroom near the sanctuary at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Troy, where he was a volunteer, teaching religious education classes to children.
