Alex Nathaniel Henson, 31, of Mary Esther, was first arrested Sept. 21 for sexual battery and lewd and lascivious behavior on a minor, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office. His bond was denied.
A black iPhone was seized when he was arrested, Henson’s arrest report said.
A search warrant was issued the same day for Henson’s home, and multiple electronic devices were seized: a white homemade computer tower, a Blackweb in-car camera with an SD card, a Sony digital camera, a 32 GB Sandisk thumb drive and an Amazon tablet.
It wasn’t until Oct. 12 that the search warrant was signed to review the devices, the report said. Investigators found on the thumb drive 106 images and videos of “child sexual abuse material” and 34 images and videos of “child exploitive material.”
The thumb drive was in the computer, the report said. The arrest report gave a representative sample of the material, which included videos of varying lengths showing prepubescent females between the ages of 6 and 10 performing sexual acts with adult males.
Henson was charged with 15 counts of obscene material possession, a third-degree felony. He is being held at the Okaloosa County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
