Adam Lee Reitz, 28, and Shahla Marie Thompson, 25, are being held in the Olmsted County ail. They were arrested July 5 following an investigation into the alleged drugging and photographing of a boy who was forced into sexual activity with Reitz.
The investigation began on May 1 when a Rochester woman reported to police that her son had returned from Reitz's residence acting strangely. The boy was taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital — Saint Marys Campus, where he tested positive for poisoning by methamphetamine, according to the complaint filed in the case.

Reitz was charged with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, use of a minor in a sexual performance, dissemination and possession of child pornography, and child endangerment. Bail was set at $250,000 with conditions and $500,000 without conditions.
Thompson was charged with aiding and abetting first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, use of a minor in a sexual performance, dissemination and possession of child pornography, and child endangerment. Bail was set at $125,000 with conditions, $250,000 without conditions.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Another trial is scheduled in an Olmsted County child porn case.

Adam Lee Reitz, 28 of Rochester, pleaded not guilty Friday to 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, use of a minor in a sexual performance, dissemination of child porn, possession of child porn, and child endangerment. Reitz and Shahla Marie Thompson, 26 of Rochester, are accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 10 and distributing child pornography.


Court documents state the abuse happened between August 2017 and July 2018 and resulted in the victim taking methamphetamine.

Thompson is charged with aiding and abetting 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, use of a minor in a sexual performance, dissemination and possession of child porn, and child endangerment.

Reitz is set to stand trial on June 10, 2019. Thompson’s trial is to begin on April 29, 2019.

Mother seemed to think it was OK for the child to visit this couple. Wonder if they are relatives. Or the victim's father?

So crazy to give a kid meth. THeyre already bouncing off the walls and hard to control. What kind of dumbshit would give a kid sugar, let alone fucking meth!?
 
This is now the 3rd or 4th instance I've seen on here where meth is given to a kid in a sexual abuse case. There's got to be something here we're missing.......why?

I hope it was because he was mouthing off to the arresting officer and he was 'guided' into the wall.

Erowid lists increased sexuality as an effect of methamphetamine use. I would not be surprised one bit if the kids get dosed because the abusers think it'll make them little sex machines.
