A daughter is accused of viciously attacking and threatening her own mother.

Hannah Walker, 28, is charged with kidnapping, unlawful restraint, domestic assault, and domestic battery.

Walker's mother says her daughter got into drugs at an early age and has mental health issues.

The mother didn't want to talk on camera but tells WSAZ the combination changed her daughter into a completely different person

"She (the daughter) had just gotten out of prison a matter of days ago," Patrolman Sean Beckett with the Milton Police Department said. "She (the mother) just said she needs to go back."

The mom says it was a terrifying and heartbreaking an experience she imagines she'll never fully get over, and she's praying her daughter can get the help she needs.

"While she (the mother) was talking to us and writing the statement, she was really emotional," Beckett said. "She started crying. She lost it a couple times. It was sad."

Milton Police officers responded to Walker's home Monday. Parole officers took Walker into custody after learning she allegedly assaulted her mother. Those parole officers found several knives hidden between couch cushions where Walker was sitting.

The suspect's mother lives next door and told police she picked Walker up from a shelter that morning to take her home. She said Walker then went to her grandmother's home and acted belligerent towards her. The grandmother called Walker's mom and said she was scared.

According to the criminal complaint, Walker's mom talked to her daughter about what happened at the grandmother's home. "The victim stated the defendant was speaking strangely and she believed she was on some sort of drug." That's when the mother told Walker she was going to call her parole officer.

Walker allegedly charged at her mom, grabbed her, and threw her onto the floor. The complaint states Walker got on top of her mom, "grabbed her by the hair and slammed her head against the floor several times."

"The defendant scratched the victim on the arms and told her she was going to rape and kill her," the complaint goes on to say. Walker's mom said she tried to calm her daughter down. That's when Walker allegedly walked into the kitchen and returned holding three knives.

The daughter allegedly held the knives over her mom's head and threatened to kill her again. The complaint continues, "She stated to the victim that she wanted to know what it was like to be abused like she had been abused by men and in prison." Walker allegedly took all the phones in the house and told her mom she would kill her if she tried to contact anyone.

Eventually, Walker's mom said she needed to make food for her mother (the suspect's grandmother) next door. Walker allowed her to leave.

The mother says her daughter had set her home on fire before her last stint in prison

If this were my daughter, the little bitch would be quickly bent over the knee, drawers dropped receiving an ass paddling of "Dazed & Confused" proportions. This bitch would be left with plenty of time to think of her actions while walking it off!

:headphone: No more .... Mr. Nice guy.. no mor.... hmmm hmm hmm

I want to know more about this.
Is she a survivor of ho mom's endless string of men mom brought home???

She threatened to rape her mom? o_Oo_Oo_O
Hmmm...rape, hidden knives, drug use, sounds like she picked up a few tricks in prison. She needs some help and prison might be the only place that can handle her, but it'll just make her harder and angrier if she doesn't want the help
